Michele Sparling has over 30 years experience as a senior human resources/labour relations consultant and manager. Her work experience ranges from small entrepreneurial firms to large multi-location companies covering the private, public and not-for-profit organizations in provincial and federal jurisdictions. She is a trained family peer supporter, mental health advocate, and speaker, and is involved at a local, provincial, and national level on Boards of not-for-profits and committees in health, education, and the community.
