VIRTUAL SELF-HELP GROUPS

The Centre peer-led groups are a safe, non-judgmental space for supportive conversations.  To ensure confidentiality and safety of the group, we require all participants new to the Centre to register for Virtual Self-Help groups.  This short registration process takes 5 to 10 minutes and can be completed by filling in the online form, over the phone, via email or in a one-to-one session.  Once registered with the Centre you will receive your password to join.  For our open groups, please see our Social Connections page.

Our virtual waiting room opens 15 minutes before the session begins, and the groups will start on time. 
To preserve the safety of our group space, we will be using a Zoom feature to “lock” Self-Help groups
after they have begun.
